Refund Policy

We have a 24 hour refund/replacement policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your shipment to request a refund or replacement. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, send photos of dead worms to mothercluckersmealworms@gmail.com within 24 hours.

If your request is approved, we’ll either refund your purchase price or send you an appropriate amount of replacement worms as soon as possible.

You can always contact us for any refund/replacement question at mothercluckersmealworms@gmail.com.

Exceptions

Refunds/replacements will only be provided on orders that are held for pickup at your post office. We cannot guarantee live worms if they were not held for pickup.

Refunds/Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or a replacement order will be shipped within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mothercluckersmealworms@gmail.com.
