Refunds/replacements

Refunds/replacements will only be provided if the order is held for pickup at your post office. Superworms cannot tolerate very hot or cold temperatures, and sitting in a hot/cold delivery vehicle or mailbox could lead to dead worms. Photos of excess dead worms that were picked up at the post office must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery for refund or replacement.
